Back in 2010, we observed a gap in reliable electrical connection components within the booming new energy industry – many products suffered from issues like poor conductivity, short service life under extreme conditions and difficulty adapting to customized needs. That's what motivated us to focus on copper busbar R&D and manufacturing. In the early stages, we primarily addressed basic conductivity problems. However, as EV, photovoltaic and energy storage technologies advanced, customers raised higher requirements for corrosion resistance, vibration resistance and installation efficiency. We then optimized our product lineup: developing tin-plated and nickel-plated busbars for humid and high-temperature environments, and launching riveted nut busbars with strong anti-vibration performance for rail transit and engineering machinery. Throughout the process, we invested in intelligent production workshops and established our own mold centers to enhance customization capabilities and production efficiency. Every improvement is driven by customer pain points – we aim to provide stable, efficient and durable copper busbar solutions for the new energy industry, contributing to the growth of clean energy.
