I built Answer Lense after realizing how often people now discover products through AI tools instead of search. When someone asks ChatGPT for recommendations, they usually see just a few brands mentioned, and there’s no easy way to know if your brand is one of them, or if a competitor is being suggested instead.
Answer Lense started as a small experiment: running real questions through AI assistants and saving the answers over time. That turned into a tool that shows when your brand appears, where it shows up in the response, and how that changes as models update.
One thing we learned quickly is that seeing the actual AI answers matters way more than abstract metrics, so we leaned hard into that.
This is still early and very much evolving, so I’d genuinely love feedback:

We’ve seen visibility shift purely because of model updates or how a question is phrased. That’s what convinced me this needed to be monitored over time, not checked once.
Curious if anyone here has noticed AI recommending different tools or brands than it did a few months ago.
