You've got to respect the insights of an Individual as experienced and transparent as Peter. His approach to flat rounds is spot on, you've got to know if the entrepreneurs still want it just as badly regardless of if they are diluted a bit through the round. Some will be more driven to make the company great, others may unfortunately lose heart.
