@rrhoover thanks for the mention. Sales teams are really well measured and generally competitive. I think it's a lot harder to say someone was the "top marketer" or "top engineer" some month while with sales, the evidence is there...how many calls, closes and the value of your deals are accurate measures of how you're doing.
