Ask us anything! We're 75+ people based in Hong Kong, London, Spain, Tokyo, Canada and your nearest coffee shop. We've mainly been development-focused since 2017 and are now beginning to share what we've built with the world.

What would you say to people who ask... is this blockchain stuff still a thing?
Ed Ball
@tim_meta Great question Tim. Like any technology—even AI—it is about how it is applied (the use case), rather than the technology itself. There have been many implementations of blockchain that do not have a clear use case or product that helps improve people's lives. We'd see blockchain as primarily a peer-to-peer database solution. That makes a lot of sense for interactions like chatting to friends, buying content from a creator, sending payments—those do not require gated private companies to be the middleman (i.e. a message sent to a privately owned server and retrieved from that server by your friend). And that's what blockchain allows! We took a mobile-first approach because most of use smartphones everyday. They are the ideal device to run both apps, as well as the underlying infrastructure.

Amazewallet's innovative approach to digital wallets is intriguing. How does it offer enhanced security measures to protect users' financial information and transactions? Security is paramount.
