👋 Hi Product Hunt — I’m Vadi, founder of Amalga.
I built Amalga after seeing the same pattern repeat itself for years across customer support, sales, and CX teams: we try to fix problems with coaching far too late, when the real mistakes and missed opportunities actually happen much earlier — during hiring and onboarding.
Teams spend weeks onboarding agents, and only after they go live do we discover whether they can handle real customer conversations. By then, the cost is already sunk — time, money, customers, and morale. A single bad CX hire can cost $20K–$30K+ annually once you factor in onboarding, lost productivity, rework, customer churn, and attrition.
I experienced this firsthand early in my career as a support agent, and later as a product leader watching teams struggle with broken hiring, patchy onboarding, and guesswork coaching.
