Inspired by a recent heavy binge of Billions, I thought it would be ɴᴇᴀᴛ to be able to see, for example, what buying $1000 in Apple in 1998 would be worth today. So I made a tiny little web app to do just that.

Dreamy though it may be to fantasise, this shouldawouldacoulda worth has no legal basis in fact and should not be taken as any sort of financial advice. The stock data comes from the excellent Alpha Vantage, and while the greatest care has been taken to build this daydream believer of a stock application, be calmly aware that this may periodically expand, contract or combust.
