The best balance of ease-of-use and analytical oomph you'll find in a language processor. We've used it for everything from SEO to sentiment analysis. Entity extraction is a little flaky, but the keywords, taxonomy and sentiment analysis are very, very powerful. API is pretty straightforward if you know how to work with JSON.
