This is dope we're making our first international hire and trying to figure out how we can do a team summit. This 100% solves trying to figure out where we can all go together.
Arie Litovsky
@thephw1 I am so glad to hear! Where are you hoping to go for your summit? If you are in the US, Europe is finally opening up, and Central America has been easy to travel into for a while. And by the way, we also hope that eventually our planning product will work well enough for company summits as well, so stay tuned.

@arie_speaks We're looking probably somewhere in North America which at the moment is an easy jaunt for everyone. The team summit tools sound dope.
Lindsey Renken
@thephw1 Thanks for dropping in! Hope you're doing well.

Hi PH! 👋 Ivan, Lindsey and Arie here. We couldn’t be more excited to share with you what we’ve been building these last few months: Introducing Airheart Explorer, a platform to help you navigate this new normal travel: starting with discovering where you can go and what’s involved. 💁Why Airheart? When we imagine traveling, we picture ourselves having grand adventures and enjoying ourselves, maybe on a beach with a margarita in hand. Oftentimes, that’s only part of the experience. A great deal of time and energy is spent organizing the trip. It’s quite cumbersome and stressful at times, especially with intricate itineraries and uncooperative group members. No doubt, the pandemic has complicated matters even further! It’s no longer just stressful, it’s now a necessity to seek additional help. But where do we turn to? As avid travelers ourselves, we have experienced this pain first hand. We tried to use existing tools to help navigate travel restrictions and policies, but nothing was as accurate as we needed. Above all, information was lost in dense text on government websites, or it wasn’t easily searchable or scannable. It was difficult to know what was applicable to our situation. Airheart fixes this... - Know definitively if travel is allowed, and view government policies and COVID19 risk data in a single table, specific to where you’re traveling from. - Scan or read in-detail what’s required for your trip. - To help you understand what it’s like on-location, see if shops, bars and restaurants are even open, or if there’s a curfew in place. - Create a short-list of places to go based on policy criteria: no mandatory quarantine, no mandatory COVID19 test, etc. - Save your routes and quickly refer back to them. - We’ll update you when restrictions and policies change. - All with a superior user experience (we hope you agree!) 🤯 FREE Forever This is an entirely free tool, with no display ads, forever. 🚀 What’s Next? - Organize your trip all in one dedicated space, and receive detailed travel policy information and prompts for every step of the way. - Airline-specific and transit COVID19 policies - Visa requirements and application services - Flight availability for each route - Purchase travel insurance And more This is also free (no, really!). But we do plan on launching a paid product in the future. If you find this interesting, join the waitlist to be notified when we roll out more features. Also, give us a comment or reach out and say hello! We’d love to hear from you. ❤️ Ivan, Lindsey and Arie, The Airheart Team

This is useful. Better to use this than researching and creating notes manually

Hi PH ! We hope tools like Explorer will bring out the little adventurers in all of you. My wife and I were among the first travelers to visit Belize when its borders finally opened in November 2020 – and we reaped the rewards of quiet beaches and no wait for restaurants. 🚀🌐 Developing and launching Explorer was as exciting as it was challenging. Lindsey, Ivan and myself worked in two timezones with little overlap – Australia Eastern vs. US Central Time. Communication and coordination became key, and we had to quickly adapt and learn from one another. 🕒 On the other hand, I would often start my day when they were finishing theirs, resulting in a round-the-clock development cycle, which really sped things up. 👻 In addition, travel restrictions were constantly evolving as we were building out Explorer (and still are). Imagine trying to come up with a great user interface when all of a sudden governments partially open borders (but only if you’re vaccinated!) or decide to close a border in the case of a COVID outbreak. The way restrictions work may change quickly, but it's our mission to provide the most accurate information online.
