The official pricing pages listed "$2.50 / 1M tokens," but I had no idea how that translated to my actual business metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU) or Retention Rates. Excel sheets were getting messy, so I spent my weekend building this tool using React 19 & Tailwind. The goal is simple: Help founders and PMs understand the Unit Economics of their AI features before they write a single line of code.
