Hi PH Family, In the recent past while talking to startup founders I came across a a big problem for them - hiring quickly and hiring top motivated talent. Being an HR professional in diverse communities, I realized that the most passionate and motivated people are actively engaging in these communities. We came up with a platform through which great talent can be tapped in communities who can be prove to be partners in a start-ups’ growth journey and so agua was born.
