@huang_song1 Yes, you are right. Due to Instagram Graph API updates, it is not possible to access any content from Instagram. Users need to convert their Instagram account into a business or creator account to access Instagram content. Same goes with Aggreto, if you wish to access any content from Instagram using Aggreto then you have to log in with your Facebook account. There are 2 conditions to access Instagram content using Aggreto: 1). Your Facebook account must be linked with your Instagram business account. 2). Your Instagram Business account must be connected with a Facebook page.

@helensmith Thanks for sharing the knowledge! However, I think user’s following and feed are still not accessible even if user’s Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected, since Instagram only allows access to user’s own media. Could you share a bit insights on how Aggreto is able to pull the feed content? Thanks again!

@huang_song1 Well, Aggreto can collect Instagram feeds in three ways: 1. Through Hashtags - Need business account to collect feeds using hashtags. After API updates, Instagram allow to fetch public posts via hashtag but it doesn't provide post's author name and profile image so all posts will be completely anonymous. 2. Through Handle - Again need a business account and users can fetch their own media including Instagram stories. As you said above. 3.
