Hi all! I'm the founder, here to answer any questions. Would love to get feedback from the community and how you think we could make it a better product. Thanks!
On second thought, I should have made the title "take charge of your addiction". (So bad at taglines.) Moderators? "Addicaid is a reinvention of the current treatment model for those who struggle with addiction and the healthcare professionals who help them." I think this would be like having Alcoholics Anonymous on your phone, which I think is a great idea. We all need help sometimes. :)
@v4violetta I agree. This tagline is way better. The product seems interesting and seeing how many of us have vices it could be very useful.
@bramk Thanks, Bram! :)
@v4violetta thanks for posting us!
Not available in India :(
@shahocean sorry we aren't live in India yet. Just USA for the moment. But if you sign up for our mailing list I will make sure you are the first to know when we get there!
It just occurred to me how childish modern design often is. This is not a slight on the website's design, because it looks great, but it is interesting just how far we have come in the direction of colorful, playful and simple.
@bhalp1 i had the same realization and was baffled by how popular this paradigm is. After resisting, I realized that it comes down to accessibility (maybe? Thoughts?) Do people get a welcoming feeling from cute-faced vector robots? I wasn't sure; but it's worth a shot.
@samfrons I think it works. Any direction you go in, you just want to be self aware and do it for the right reasons. I don't know what the right answer is but I do think it's a pleasantly bold way to go with such a delegate issue you're dealing with.
I was really addicted to mariuana but after an awful incident decided to give it up. The thing is, I failed a drug test and lost my job because of smoking. And now I know about ways to pass a drug test even if you are a smoker, like , but still, I don't want to get back to smoking.
