We built Acelucid Smart AI screening after repeatedly seeing HR teams waste huge amounts of time on first-round screening—scheduling calls, asking the same questions, and manually shortlisting candidates, often with unconscious bias creeping in. At the same time, teams were juggling multiple tools for hiring and HR operations.
Our idea was simple: what if AI handled the first screening round entirely, objectively and at scale, and HR teams focused only on the best candidates? That led us to build AI-powered first-round interviews with instant pass/fail results—combined with a full HRMS to manage employees after hiring.
Everyone wants a filtered result, and step 1 of any process requires lot of effort for a clean data. This product solves that step 1 for hiring managers and can reduce the effort by almost 30-40% overall in the hiring cycle.
