I'm super proud and grateful to see the Accoil (@pgpreston2 , @simon_h , et all) bring such an essential product to market. I've always believed that while product engagement data sits at the core of any effective, modern SaaS operation - there were no tools that expressed that in a simple, yet powerful way.
