The competition to own news as a content engine is rediculous. I don't think people realize that we're watching a kind of battle unfold before our eyes where the intended outcomes won't be clear for years to come.

@chrismessina Couldn't agree more. I'm also worried about the outcomes because media is a very dangerous thing to play with. The whole "Filter Bubble" thing showed that it's really tough to stay free and that, by world's design, everything is relative.
