When I say “we,” I mean me. I’m Shakeb, the solo builder behind Echoes OS.
The idea came from a personal frustration: I’d find something valuable online, and days later it was gone, I couldn’t remember where I saw it. Same with emails: scrolling endlessly to find one point in a thread.
Echoes OS started as a messy hackathon project, but it became the system I wish I’d always had: capture with one click, recall when needed, no friction.
What’s live today is just the beginning: a Chrome extension to capture any webpage, and a simple web app to manually save things you care about.
Next up is Gmail search and chat.
It’s early. It’s rough. But it’s real, and I’d love for you to try it and help shape what Echoes becomes.
