I've built this after spending lots of time copy-pasting ChatGPT music recommendation results to Spotify, without even knowing if the track will be good.
LLMs are amazing for music recommendation, and recommendation systems in general, because they use a different type of data than what Spotify uses. Spotify essentially only compares user listening habits to advise you songs. LLMs recommends you songs based on what has been written in books and on the internet about them. And our product performs web search to find recent results.
Also, the Spotify algorithm knows about you, so it's hard to go out of your personalized results and get unbiased results. So our product will make you discover songs that Spotify would never present you because it thinks you wouldn't like them.
