It’s been fun being the guinea pig of the team for the past 3 months 😅

Before Linkbird, I was doing LinkedIn outreach manually for our business - managing 3 of my teammates’ accounts separately, juggling tabs, replying from different inboxes, scraping leads manually, trying not to mess up personalization, and constantly living in fear of getting banned (which, yes, happened to one of my accounts 🫠)

Budgets were tight, so I didn’t want to pay for multiple tools. I figured “I’ll just do it manually.”

Big mistake.

Then, two months ago, the team came to me with this idea for LinkBird.

And I said, “Sure, I’ll try it.”

And wow — it has changed the game.

What used to take me 15–20 hours a week now takes less than 1 hour.

I describe my ICP, paste our website, and LinkBird just... gets to work.

It finds leads, writes outreach, schedules campaigns, and even lets me reply from a single inbox across all LinkedIn accounts.

No switching tabs. No stress. No bans.

But what I love most is how safe and lightweight it feels.

We’ve baked in human-like delays, smart throttling, and built everything to be LinkedIn-friendly from the ground up.

I know I'm biased, but this is genuinely something I wish I had a year ago.

Big shoutout to the team for pushing through late nights, bugs, and edge cases to make it what it is today. 🙌

Congrats on the launch!

Working on LinkBird has been some of the most fun (and frustrating) engineering we've done.

We built:

a real-time ICP → lead matcher

a scraping engine that understands what your website is really saying

and a messaging scheduler that feels human enough to dodge LinkedIn bans

All tied into a clean UI where you can launch an entire campaign in minutes.

No tab-switching. No imports. Just... it works.

But what makes it special is the intent behind it.

We’ve all struggled with the outreach stack: too many tools, too many workflows, too many warnings about “don’t send too fast or you’ll get blocked.” We wanted to solve that pain for ourselves, and for others.

Building LinkBird has been a wild ride.

When we started, we thought – "How hard can it be to combine lead gen, outreach, and automation into one tool?"

Turns out: very.

From scraping and filtering leads in real time, to building a campaign engine that mimics human behavior (just enough to fool LinkedIn), to juggling multiple inboxes across accounts without triggering spam systems – it’s been weeks of debugging and late-night “Aha” moments.

But it’s been so worth it.

We didn’t want to stitch together another stack. We wanted to replace it. LinkBird is our attempt at something cleaner, safer, and way more usable than anything we’ve used before.

So proud of what we’ve built – and genuinely excited to see how others use it.
