Makula is a B2B SaaS platform for OEMs and factories running complex industrial operations. OEMs use Makula to scale after-sales service, manage their installed base, and grow recurring service revenue. Factories use Makula to structure maintenance and improve reliability. Makula offers Field Service, CMMS, and AI Search, with optional AI and customer portal add-ons.
We built Makula after seeing how fragmented industrial service and maintenance tools had become. OEMs were struggling to scale after-sales, factories were fighting downtime, and critical knowledge was locked in documents or people’s heads.
