@mark_barbir1 One thing I want to highlight is how my work now happens during the meeting, not after. For example, during a brainstorming session, I might be thinking out loud or riffing on ideas, and as I do, a polished document starts to take shape in the background. This lets me spot gaps or missing details right away, so I don’t have to spend extra time circling back and tidying things up later.

As an Earmark user since the very early days, the evolution has been amazing! Your responsiveness to feedback has been top notch and the value of the solution has been incredible for our Product and Program Management teams, Technical Writing, QA, InfoSec and Compliance, and now some of our Account Management staff on the client facing side.
We know that the core value is realized in Product Management roles, but Earmark has helped onboard new staff, enabled a new Product Owner to grow into a role (and get promoted) after transitioning from People and Culture, helped formulate diagrams for technical docs and presentations for the Board and ELT, and has been a serious enhancement to the value delivered from each meeting we have. Our accountability to our customers, and each other, has improved out of sight due to the immediate accuracy and detail arising from meeting agreements and actions that are recorded and logically sorted by your product. Our executive summaries are promptly delivered, and we can just crack on with the work, no muss no fuss!

In just a few weeks, Earmark has become an indispensable tool in how I engage with stakeholders and engineers. It seamlessly captures requirements, follow-ups, and clarification points during meetings while also prepping Jira tickets in the background.
As a result, my conversations with engineers are more focused and productive, and I'm spending significantly less time on meeting recaps for leadership. What used to take me hours now takes half the time, thanks to Earmarks ability to consolidate key outcomes into a clear, easy-to-read format.
Working with multiple agents simultaneously has become my new normal. It’s hard to imagine going back to the old way of working.

I was using Earmark in its earlier days during my time as a team lead. Even then, it was so helpful in keeping me on task and up to date between all of the context switching. It especially took the load off during higher-stakes meetings. I was able to be more present instead of juggling everyone’s thoughts, questions, and note-taking, while anticipating what’s next. What’s more is, it also saved me a lot of mental energy and time when writing post-meeting summaries.
It has been incredible to see how Earmark has evolved to become even more powerful in addressing such pain points, and then some! As I dive back into the workforce, you can be sure I will be incorporating Earmark as part of my day-to-day tools!

Just tried Earmark for the first time. It was super easy to get going. I literally used it in my first meeting right after signing up.
What stands out to me is the ability to use this live. I had it help me come up with thoughtful questions during the convo, and it was shockingly good. The questions improved as the meeting progressed and more context became available. Also, the summary it produced (topics covered, decisions made, action items) was spot on. Can’t wait to keep playing with it!
