A brief personal story first. Some years ago, I was an Assistant Professor teaching computer classes 6 hours a week. The longer I worked as a professor, the more I hated my job. Even though I had dreamed of being a professor through my grad school years, at some point it became clear that my dream and the reality are fundamentally different. So, I started looking for answers, and soon found out that this career simply did not suit my personality. For example, I'm results-oriented while teaching is inherently a process-oriented activity. The test I took back then was very influential because it helped me move away from things I hated towards things I like. That test was pricey and inflexible. What I came up with is free and flexible. Anyone who's pondering their career is welcome to use it. Have fun!
