Hi everyone! I'm Olena, co-founder of APE AI. Super excited to have our product launched on Product Hunt, for the first time!
Our goal is to make even complex multi-agent AI systems easy, so that any professionals can streamline their manual tasks.
We created APE AI because ready-made AI agents don't always fit custom needs and workflows, and building own AI agents is not that easy, at least not for everyone. I come from management consulting industry which has plenty of manual tasks that could be automated with AI, like analyzing data, working with spreadsheets or preparing presentations. There are many use cases in other functions too, especially marketing, sales, customer service. As a non-developer looking at the AI agent builders landscape, I find many tools too complicated to start using right away.
So, together with my technical co-founder, we pre-built AI agents and multi-agent systems for some use cases that we scoped with professionals from relevant functions. They are ready to use in just one click, so it is very easy to try, and the agents can be customized if needed. Our platform also allows to create own AI agents and multi-agent systems with simple drag and drop.

Congrats on the launch, really like the focus on making AI agents easy and accessible for non-technical users. The one-click pre-built agents sound very practical. How steep is the learning curve for first-time users? @olenasarkar

The learning curve is not steep at all. Should not take more than 3 mins to use the pre-built agent fluently.
The agents can be used as apps in just a click, and it is very easy to customize them if needed. Each pre-built agent has a 2 mins video tutorial, which you can watch to quickly get up to speed on how to use it and follow the steps there. It is pretty much as using a web application, no coding or any technical stuff involved. The interface is pretty clean, so you won't get lost. There are also additional tutorials on the platform, such as how to create a custom agent with drag and drop.
