Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Amine here, one of the makers of MacroSum. Why we built it Tracking what you eat shouldn’t feel like homework. I wanted a faster, friendlier way to know “Is this meal on track?” without manually typing every ingredient—so we built a photo-first calorie tracker that actually makes logging painless. What’s new & different Snap & log in seconds: Take a photo and get calories, macros, and key nutrients—no searching through endless databases. All-in-one dashboard: Recipe finder (350+ healthy options), manual food search (USDA), workout log (1 300+ exercises), plus an Apple Watch widget. Cloud-powered accuracy: The analysis runs online so the app stays lightweight and always improves as we refine our models. Privacy-first: Images are processed securely and never sold or used for ads. You control what stays in the cloud. What we’re proud of We started this as a side project in a student apartment and polished it with feedback from 500 beta testers.
