Hellooo, Product Hunters! We just launched Ratio — a social platform for anyone who’s ever been curious about science but felt like it was locked behind jargon, gatekeeping, or 100-tab rabbit holes.
Ratio simplifies science and makes it social.

Science today feels privileged.
It’s written like homework. Shared in PDFs. Hidden behind paywalls.
But curiosity? That’s universal.
We believe that if you make science accessible, human, and collaborative, people will care.
So we built Ratio for:
• The girl who loves space but doesn’t know where to start.
• The guy who reads Reddit rabbit holes at 2AM and wants smarter conversations.
• The forever-curious human who wants to learn, ask, and connect — without feeling dumb.

I found a lot of interesting articles about technology and culture in the recommendations. I would like to spend more time on Ratio than on other social apps.

This product truly impressed me with its concept: byte-sized research summaries, AI-driven forums, and the Circles feature — it’s exactly what’s been missing in the social media landscape.
Big bonus: no ads, no paywalls, just pure knowledge sharing. The design is clean, UX is intuitive, and the focus on curiosity and community is spot on. I’m excited for the full release and will definitely recommend it to peers in STEM and academia.

Love science and love Ratio! There haven't been a ton of relatable platforms while I was growing up. This looks like the next pop-sci thing for the youth!
