We are a team of musicians and tech nerds, all of whom wished finding sheet music was easier for our instruments and for songs we loved. We spoke to 100+ musicians and composers who said they had the same issue. We thought to ourselves, imagine how many songs go un-written or un-shared because composers don't know how to transcribe, and imagine how many people stop playing their instruments because they don't have access to the songs they want to play at their level. The idea for Songscription was born! We developed Songscription in the hopes of empowering musicians worldwide to play, share, and learn the songs they love.
