Hey everyone! Built this MVP to help folks who are currently looking for jobs. The market is very tough, especially with all the layoffs happening at every company - it's frustrating for candidates to have to jump through multiple hoops and open up 50 different Workday accounts just to apply to a job, which most of the time leads to no feedback. WorkWeave tries to solve this problem and make things easier. All candidates have to do is upload their resume and update their future job preferences. 1) The AI agent then analyzes and searches through the database of jobs to determine which are best fit for each candidate, assigning them a score of 0-100%. It then shows candidates a stream of jobs where they have an 80%+ match rate. 2) Candidates can then swipe interested or not interested. For interested, they can automatically reach out to the recruiter via e-mail that highlights their skills, resume and profile match score -- increasing probability of hearing back! Right now, the model is trained on finance related jobs, but we are hoping to expand to other fields later down the road!
