Privacy:
- I don't collect your data, all the context in chat will be read only by Google Gemini AI
- You have full control over Memory: read/update it using natural language ("tell me what you have in Memory" for example), choose to end a chat without updating Memory (by clicking "End Chat without Memory" button)
- My extension went under a careful review process from Google, so you should not worry that much

This looks really promising for work! The UI takes a minute to get used to, but the idea of a Chrome extension that brings AI into my daily workflow is super appealing. The YouTube example in the screenshots shows how Surffrend can save time and make multitasking way easier. I can already see it helping with things like research, summarizing content, or just staying focused.

The UI is not exactly what I call friendly, since it took me sometime to finally able to use it. And it looks old-fashioned
But I could see it helps me with my study with content summarizing and explaining.
It also helps with shopping, since many products have lengthy description and I don't want to read through all of that. It can definitely summarize all the reviews/comments to let me know if it's a good product or not.
I wish there would be automatic mode where AI constantly tracks what I'm surfing and I can ask questions any time on any content/audio I've surfed (This would be expensive I think :( ). Having to wait for it to load before I can ask questions is quite inconvenient.
