1. Leverage Available Data: The assistant pulls from product descriptions, specifications, manuals, FAQs, and any additional content the store provides (like blogs or help articles) to give the most accurate and relevant answers.

2. Recognize Limits: If a question goes beyond what’s available or requires human-level expertise (for example, personalized medical advice or highly technical engineering details), the assistant is trained to gracefully redirect the user—either by suggesting they contact customer service or by highlighting relevant help resources.

3. Continuous Learning: We also work closely with each brand to tailor the AI’s knowledge and tone, and we regularly update the models based on new products, feedback, and common customer questions.

Our vision is not to replace humans but to empower stores to offer instant, 24/7 assistance while ensuring that complex or sensitive inquiries still get the human touch when needed.
