While working as a receptionist at a campsite, I answered over 100 emails a day, most of them repetitive and frustrating. So I thought to myself: There has to be a better way. That’s how mailflow was born.

mailflow is an AI email assistant that automates repetitive emails, helping customer service and sales teams empty their inboxes faster.

It connects to your work inbox and drafts replies using both public data (e.g., FAQs, website) and internal company resources (e.g., SAP, CRM). Emails are categorized, and it either sends auto-replies or saves drafts for you to review and send. Performance metrics like response time and volume are tracked, while customer feedback is gathered to improve future interactions.

We focus on underserved industries where support and sales emails are still handled manually and large players don’t offer tailored solutions. We build custom workflows and integrations for each use case, ensuring maximum value.
