So excited to finally bring KS-Agents to this community. We've been working hard to build an AI-powered platform that we believe can really help organizations transform their HR strategies and overall performance by making data actionable.
Our goal was to go deeper than standard tools. For instance, with AI.Smart-Dialogues, we're using an NLP-driven adaptive engine. Think about conducting dynamic Recruitment Interviews, insightful Onboarding Interviews, or even Mentorship Check-Ins that really get to the heart of nuanced feedback, far beyond static forms.
And our AI.Smart-Surveys are incredibly versatile. They're not just for collecting data; they're for understanding it. You can design everything from Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS) evaluations to in-depth Well-Being Interviews or a Collaboration & Innovation Index. The platform supports conditional logic, custom scoring (think Engagement Index or Sustainability & ESG Score), and AI-powered analysis of open-ended responses. This data then fuels Strategic Analytics and can feed into our other modules.
On top of that, we've integrated a comprehensive Performance Hub built around an OKR Management framework. This means clear Goal Setting from company-wide objectives down to individual contributions, tying directly into Performance Reviews and Skill Development initiatives.
And, of course, there's the ability to create and deploy your own specialized AI Agents. These can be trained on your specific organizational knowledge from all these interactions. Imagine an agent providing Personalized Guidance based on well-being survey results, or another facilitating Knowledge Management by drawing from exit and stay interview insights. The possibilities range from Risk Prevention to Skill Assessment and delivering Automated Feedback. We've focused on making the setup and deployment for these as streamlined as possible, enabling you to turn insights from dialogues and surveys into tangible actions and continuous improvement.
