This project started out as an easy-to-use, no sign-up solution to digitize invoices, bills, receipts. The plan was to offer a pay-as-you-go alternative to QuickBooks, Nanonets, Parseur etc. perfect for small workloads. Post the launch, I've been doing Reddit outreach on accounting, finance, micro saas subreddits. Here's what I have found ( what the market is telling me ) - reaching freelancers, bookkeepers, small businesses who need an easy solution to OCR invoices is hard, even though the market for this is huge! All the major players do extensive marketing via adwords, ig, influencers to reach this audience. My marketing budget is $0, lol. ✔️ But the one thing I did learn about my product was that it is easy to use, cost effective and accurate. All my users got accurate results for their documents. That's when the💡went off. I can provide my UI + OCR + data structuring, as a product, to other founders ( THAT'S EXACTLY THE PIVOT ). My advantage, have been working on OCR solutions on and off for 5 years in my day job. I know the best bang for the buck tech and how to get it to work, at scale. That's exactly what I'm doing, I'm pivoting, I'm playing on my strengths, I'm valuing people's feedback, I'm listening to what the market is hinting at 💪🏼.

Love this—adding OCR to any website in 5 minutes is a game-changer! Congrats on the launch. We just launched Mukh.1, a no-code platform to build AI agents and automate workflows across 2,500+ tools. Would be great if you gave it a look
