The Why: For years, we've seen the frustration on both sides of the hiring table. Job seekers spend countless hours on applications for roles they aren't quite right for, and recruiters wade through mountains of CVs trying to find that perfect match. We thought, "There has to be a smarter way." That's why we built JobFitAI. Our mission is to use the power of AI to bring clarity, objectivity, and efficiency to the job fit process – helping individuals land roles where they can truly thrive, and helping companies build incredible teams. How it Works (in a nutshell): JobFitAI takes a job description and a CV (either yours as a job seeker, or a candidate's as a recruiter) and provides a detailed analysis: 🎯 Overall Fit Score (0-100%) 👍 Key Strengths & Alignments ⚠️ Critical Gaps & Mismatches 💡 A "Reality Check" (no sugar-coating!) actionable steps to improve (for seekers) or interview focus points (for recruiters).
