Does Zenaico offer support for multi-language transcription and summarization?
@noah_ortiz Currently, Zenaico does not support multi-language transcription and summarization. We're focused on ensuring high-quality performance in English for now, but multi-language capabilities are on our roadmap for future updates.

The all in one meeting support sounds incredibly handy. Does it work with popular platforms like Zoom, Google Meet or Teams?

The concept is brilliant. Is there a way to train Zenaico on company-specific jargon so it can produce more accurate summaries over time?
@benjamin_anderson3 Thank you! We're glad you find the concept valuable. Currently, Zenaico uses a prompt-based approach, so it doesn’t yet support direct training on company-specific jargon. However, this is a key area we're actively working on. We're also planning to introduce features that will allow users to bring their own OpenAI API key and even integrate their own models, which will offer greater flexibility and customisation for specialised use cases.
@rajaram_joshi Can Zenaico automatically schedule follow-up meetings based on action items or tasks that still need attention?
@youngju_yu Not at the moment, but that’s a great suggestion and something we’ve been considering. Automated follow-up scheduling based on unresolved action items would definitely enhance team accountability and productivity.

Can Zenaico be used for one on one chats or is it more geared towards group meetings?
@brooklyn_campbell Zenaico is currently designed specifically for meetings. While it doesn't support one-on-one chats at this time, its features are optimised for capturing discussions, decisions or action items in meetings.
