As a business owner myself, I am appalled by how Imagine Art treats its customers. I signed up for their platform, realized within hours that the technical learning curve didn't match the advertised workflow, and immediately emailed support and billing to cancel and request a refund.
Instead of honoring a day-one cancellation, I was passed around to three different representatives (Shahzaib, Suleman, and Muazza) who intentionally dragged out the process by pushing coaching calls and Google Meets. While they were busy delaying my cancellation with sales pitches, system credits were being calculated. They then used a strict "300-credit limit" policy to deny my refund, a limit they explicitly forced me past by refusing to process my cancellation immediately.
They eventually admitted in writing that their support team handled this poorly, but still refused to issue a refund. This tool is not for everyone and requires technical skills, if you are not technologically savvy, stay far away from this company. This company relies on policy traps and high-pressure support runarounds rather than honest business practices.
