I have been playing around with the new openai image generation api that just dropped and have been fascinated by how good it is at generating clothes, especially with a clear vision. I am also, coincidentally an absolute film and fashion buff.

So I built film2fit. It basically makes use of intense prompt engineering, distills a movie’s color palette, era, and overall aesthetic, then instantly curates a high-res, flat-lay or 3D “ghost mannequin” outfit with exact item matches and a built-in style breakdown.
