@brooklyn_campbell Of course! Actually, you always get the feedback at the end of the interview! This says what the interviewer wanted to hear, what the candidate said correctly and what it did not! Having a live phone technical interviewer available around the clock is a total game changer. How do you keep things consistent across different interview sessions?
@nathaniel_cook2 We also believe it's a game changer! Each interview (when you click "call") is separate. Since it is in beta, every interview discusses only one question for now, but that will be extended soon! Every time you call Jessica for a technical phone interview, you will get a different question, to really test your skills.
How do you tackle bias or inconsistency in the automated interviews especially regarding subjective technical questions?
@jude_gray Subjective questions have multiple accepted answers, that's part of the edge - the way we designed the database (which is the heart of this product). Think of it like "the interviewer may want to hear this but may also be satisfied with this..." :)
