I really struggled to get my resume ready to ATS, at the start I didn't know that companies filter people without even looking at the resume. Companies like Google, Amazon, Facebook receive 1000s of resumes every day, and they don't have choice, they need to automatically filter these resumes somehow, that is why ATS exists. But at the same time very good candidates miss great opportunities as they don't have their resumes optimized. That is why we want to share this tech here, so more good people can have a chance to land a job. Using AI the same technology that ATS companies use to help create a better resume.
