@noah_ortiz Hi Noah, another great question. In short, yes, AI.Mee does support multilingual conversations. As long as the documents that you upload to AI.Mee are in the languages you'd like to support, AI.Mee will respond with answers in the language the question was asked in.
Amazing product. Can AI.Mee transfer a conversation to a human agent if it hits a snag or needs to escalate?

Given that it’s AI-driven and tailored to brands how do you manage model drift over time?
@lucas_edwards2 Hi Lucas, if my understanding of model drift is correct, this is completely in your control with AI.Mee as the primary source of knowledge is controlled and managed by you. It would be the responsibility of the person administrating AI.Mee to ensure documents were updated as and when things change within a business or brand.
Our roadmap includes the ability to point AI.Mee at document repository and it will automatically ingest any documents that have been updated or added.
How much historical training does AI.Mee need to feel on-brand or can it learn everything it needs just from a style guide and FAQ?
@ryanjamesss Hi Ryan, you can get up and running with some pretty impressive answers with just a few documents, and an FAQ is normally a great place to start. You can see all messages and replies in the AI.Mee control panel which allows you to monitor responses and tweak or upload new documents if required. Hope this helps.
