Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 So excited to officially launch Sheets™ AI Assistant here today! I'm jack from Aluo App, who behind this add-on. Like many of you, we live in Google Sheets™. But we constantly faced the challenge of dealing with unstructured text – customer feedback, email logs, survey responses, notes – trapped in cells. Manually extracting, cleaning, and structuring this data was a major time sink and bottleneck. We thought: "What if we could bring powerful AI directly into the spreadsheet environment to handle this automatically?" 🤔 That's why we built Sheets™ AI Assistant! It's a Google Workspace add-on designed to seamlessly integrate AI data processing into your existing workflows. Here's what it helps you do: 🤖 Extract Structured Data: Pull names, emails, dates, categories, etc., from messy text using AI. 📊 Process in Bulk: Handle single cells, entire columns, or large datasets efficiently with batch processing & status tracking. ✨ Use Your Preferred AI: Choose from leading models like GPT, Google's Gemini™, or Anthropic's Claude. 🔗 Flexible Mapping: Easily direct the processed output to the right columns in the same sheet or even a different one. 📝 Custom Prompts & Templates: Use our pre-built templates or create your own custom instructions for the AI. Our goal is to save you hours of manual work and unlock the insights hidden within your spreadsheet data.
