Hey everyone! 👋
I’m super excited to share Dropflow with you — a tool I built to scratch my own itch.
I was tired of manually copying invoice data from emails into Google Sheets. Zapier felt too bloated, and other tools were too complex or expensive. So I built something simple:
• You sign in with Google
• Forward your invoice emails to your Dropflow address
• And boom — invoice data appears in your connected Google Sheet
It works out of the box — no setup, no rules to configure. Just works.
Since then, Dropflow has evolved into a full “email to action” platform.
You can now extract or summarize any email and route the result to tools like Slack, Notion, webhooks, and more.
I’m adding new features and integrations daily — think of it as your inbox’s smart assistant.
