Curious about how you plan to monetise, or are you focusing on getting a user base first?
Either way interesting idea. One little suggestion: I think it would be useful to have a two question character creation: ask for name then ask for a description of anything specific they should know, or any character traits they need etc.
For instance I might want to add someone that AI does not know about so I might want to provide some background etc.

@andriusbartulis Thanks for your nice comment. User base is a key focus now, monetization will come with it later.
We also plan to let users to define more detailed character traits but also we do not want it with with too many confusing options.
What do you think what could people to chat with AI character on a daily basis?
Should those characters be proactive or reactive ?
@vidu2222Â I can see uses for both reactive and proactive. For friend type of characters you might want a proactive one that sends some messages to you a few times a day.
For professional ones, if its about brainstorming / knowledge reactive is fine, but I think proactive that reaches out to you might also be great and differentiate from just using chatGPTs. I.e. the telegram factor makes it natural to receive a message from one of your characters.
For example it could be really useful for:
- mentor who asks you once a day "What have you learned about xyz today?"
- business coach who challenges you once or twice a day to not slack
- a virtual friend who sends you something encouraging if you need that.
Cool overall idea, though having some pre-built characters with pro-active features could take this to the next level.
@andriusbartulis Great thoughts !! Regarding proactive AI characters it is interesting task to find that proper balance: still be desirable, proactive and yet not to annoying to end user too much.
Some humans in some cases have a tendency to start ignore reminders if they are bringing too much of a challenges and if they are pinged not at a right time.
Do you think AI characters could be reputable enough for users/humans to make commitments and kind of to be accountable for AI in their journey towards change?
@vidu2222Â regarding accountability, I guess its hard to say and very context-dependent. I am sure in the future there will be high quality AI assistents that are highly proactive - including mentor/accountability partner ones.
But I am also sure its not easy to build something like that well!

@vidu2222Â Yes, i just tried it and created a character, the worlds popular footballer - Cristiano Ronaldo. Its amazing that he could be as a mentor and inspire me on my way.

Hey @vidu2222 @WisePals.ai nice idea , I understand it swill evolve could you answer if its one direction for example I have added Budha as a mentor. Is it two way communication ? I mean could my character send me some inspiration in the morning and I could get some small talk and it could switch from journaling ?

to improve the whole chat experience.
Journaling sounds like a nice feature where character could help to do it or help to be more consistent or draw some
insight from your journal.

@vidu2222Â From my own opinion it could as what goals I am seeking today , as the goals could change based on days weeks months. Still I like it as sometimes you need just a little push for guidance and even the short philosophical quote could help .... or a good joke to start the day

@vytautas_sab1Â Yes at the moment amount of characters are not limited. You can add multiple characters. Do you have your favorite charakter ? Or you trying diffrent ones to find a best one which fits you best?
Congrats on launching this product! However, how do you ensure that these AI-generated characters provide a genuinely meaningful connection, rather than just superficial interactions based on pre-programmed responses? @vidu2222
@vivian_james That is a great question. We are working on it. We will have some trial and error. But basically big part of it will depend from user side too. How much user is willing to put effort into chat to make it meaningful and have honest conversation. For AI it could take some time to learn about person. Conversation starts from 0 and for AI to hit it to the point from a first sentence could be a big challenge. So it is like with new friendships, it builds up gradually.
