I'm Shamil, and this is my first-ever launch on Product Hunt!

As someone who’s been on both sides of the hiring table—job seeker and recruiter—I’ve always felt there’s a smarter, fairer way to handle the hiring process. That’s what inspired me to build vkncy.

I have a big vision for vkncy:
An AI-powered hiring assistant that handles everything — from screening to scheduling the final interview with top candidates.

Today, I’m excited to share the first step toward that vision.

🚀 CV Battle is an AI-driven screening tool where CVs compete in head-to-head "battles" using an Elo-style ranking system ♟️.

Here’s how it works:

1. Every CV is first analyzed and given an initial score.

2. Then it’s compared in 1v1 “battles” with randomly selected candidates who already applied.

3. If it “wins,” it gets an Elo boost. If it loses, the score drops.

This creates a dynamic, constantly evolving ranking of applicants for each job — no manual sorting needed.
