- Supported Channels: Currently, Flow365 AI can be embedded directly into websites (via iframe or JavaScript). We’re actively working on integrations for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Slack to expand its reach.


- Customization: Users can create multiple AI chat containers, each with its own system message and knowledge base (a mix of documents and links). They can also fine-tune how the AI interacts—whether it follows strict knowledge or allows for broader, context-driven responses.


- Handling Complex Inquiries: Flow365 AI supports session-based memory, allowing it to manage follow-ups and multi-turn conversations more intelligently. We’re also introducing function calling via webhooks, enabling businesses to retrieve real-time data (e.g., fetching order status by booking ID).
