Amazing product for self-reflection and analysis
@o1echka1 Thank you for your Feedback Olga! Really appreciate!
Seriously awesome product, I could see very well how this could be fine-tuned to fit the needs of some large companies. I recall participating in people pulse discussions (which is a common activity in companies where employees are asked to fill a form with bunch of questions on how they feel in the company over a certain period, how they see the value of their work, etc.) Where the overthinking journal becomes interesting is when the actual group discussion happens and how people are sometimes asked to share feedback, especially when it is negative, about their frustration on executing some tasks and such. People often struggle with even understanding what they feel or think, and even more when it comes to describing it. This is what I mean by fine-tuning -> you could have an adaptation that also enables a way to structure thoughts (which usually is an issue when overthinking anyways) and turn them into phased and actionable steps towards improvement.
@tony_em Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate it. It means a lot to hear that you see the potential and how it could be used in larger companies. Insights like yours are incredibly valuable—thank you for taking the time to share!
