FlashVideo uses a two-stage approach:
Fidelity Stage: A low-resolution (270p) generation pass focuses on content and motion.
Quality Enhancement Stage: A separate model upscales the video to 1080p, adding detail.
This two-stage design aims to be significantly faster than single-stage video generation models.
So it's like sketching fast and then refining slowly.
