OneShotLoRA turns videos into high-quality, realistic AI models with consistent outputs. No more messy datasets. Just upload or link a video, and get a fine-tuned LoRA model ready for art, VFX, and AI content creation.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We’re excited to introduce OneShotLoRA : The only service that lets you turn a video into a high-quality AI LoRA model. Simply upload a video or link to a publicly available one (YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox), and we’ll extract the most common face on screen to create a consistent AI model for cosplay, fan art, content creation, and more.
Why did we build this?
Fine-tuning AI models with scattered images often leads to inconsistent results. OneShotLoRA solves this by using video as a source, ensuring that it captures all the details of a human face—facial structure, features, expressions, and lighting—to create realistic, high-quality, and consistent outputs. No more mismatched details or inaccurate AI generations!
What makes us different?
✅ The only video-to-LoRA service
✅ Captures detailed facial structure & features for hyper-realistic results
✅ Supports your favorite base model (currently Hunyuan, Flux, and SDXL)
✅ Private & secure – No login required, no data stored or collected
✅ Works with both uploaded videos and public links
⭐️ Dedicated fan base on Discord [https://discord.gg/HMHkZEknw7] and Civit AI [https://civitai.com/tag/oneshotlora]
⏳ Typically around 1 hour for SDXL, 2 hours for Flux, and 4 hours for Hunyuan video – quality over speed!
Who’s it for?
🎭 Cosplayers: AI-generated versions of yourself in any style
🎨 Artists & Fan Art Creators: Instantly create high-quality character models
📸 Bloggers & Content Creators: Personalize AI-generated content
🎮 Game & VFX Creators: Build consistent AI models for characters.
We’d love to hear your thoughts! Try it out and let us know ❤️
Yes! You can generate LoRA models for a specific person from videos (we identify the most common face on screen) and then use that model to create AI-generated images or even a short AI video.
If you’re asking about spoken language support, currently, there is none—the generated videos are a few seconds long and do not include audio.
Hope that answers your question! Let me know if you’d like to know more.

Quick Q: Can it handle multiple faces in a video, or does it always pick just one? Super excited to see what people create with this! Congrats, @alex89romanov 🚀👏
Congratulations to your launch. This is an incredible product and I really like the simplicity and quality of your product. That's why you get an upvote from me 👍 I launched Nimagna today and I think this could help you with impressive online presentations of your product, too! This is such a cool innovation! Using video as a data source for LoRA training makes a ton of sense, def more consistent angles, better lighting variations, and a more complete understanding of facial structure. Definitely a game-changer for AI-generated cosplay and content creation.
@jokernix Thank you Nikolai! Appreciate your support

This is seriously impressive! I haven’t seen anything else that can turn videos into high-quality, consistent AI models like this. No more dealing with messy datasets is a huge win! The level of realism and fine-tuning looks next-level. How well does it handle different art styles or dynamic lighting in videos? Super excited to try this out!
@nastassia_mirashnichenka Thank you Nastassia! We take great pride in the quality of our LoRAs, and we’re so happy you like it! 😊
The more variation we get from the video (for the most common face on screen), the better and more adaptable the LoRA model will be. That said, some level of lighting is necessary for the AI to accurately capture facial details and ensure high realism.
Can’t wait for you to try it out: We’d love to hear your feedback! 🔥

Looks amazing! So anyone can create avatar and then reuse it in generated videos?
How many languages does avatar support?
One Shot LoRA
@stacy_nova One Shot LoRA does not produce videos with audio. Our Hunyuan video LoRA models can be used to generate video clips, but they are silent.

@neilverma Just one. It selects the most frequently shown human and ignores the rest.
