I'm really excited to be launching ReplyBot.io . My name is Sacha Demos and I have been building AI projects since working on research in high school and college (back when it was called NLP). Since then I have worked at AWS, WeWork, Citi and most recently a small company where I was the only developer. Now I'm taking my experience at large companies and my experience leading a small business to building my own company. Replybot is built to allow teams to start using AI quickly and easily. Set-up can be done in under an hour and can save your teams hours of repetitive work every month. It drives down your time to resolution while staying available 24/7. Replybot allows you to run automatic workflows based off email contents. The correct workflow is identified and the relevant variables are extracted using the latest LLM models. The workflow is then run automatically with webhooks or zapier and a reply is generated based on the executed workflow. We also provide a feature where replybot will follow-up with the user if any necessary information is missing. Reducing the time your team spends going back and forth.
