Hello Product Hunt! My name is Michal, and I’m the Head of Technology at Callstack. On a daily basis our engineers work on improving various aspects of React Native apps. Having a top-notch React Native app performance is not an easy task. Luckily, we know a thing or two about delivering performant apps. This year, we’ve decided to revamp the previous edition of our Guide to React Native Performance Optimization, which we first published in 2020. We put together the Ultimate Guide to React Native Optimization 2023 Edition – a comprehensive handbook focused solely on React Native optimization best practices and up-to-date knowledge. The Guide is based on our experience as React Native experts, Core Contributors, and maintainers of open-source libraries. We identified the most pressing issues when it comes to optimizing your React Native app, such as: - stability - performance - resource usage - user experience - maintenance, and - time-to-market. The solutions described in the Guide are based on our experience of: - working with clients from various industries (including enterprise clients, start-ups, and small and medium businesses) - our contribution to various open source libraries, for example, Re.Pack, React Native Testing Library, or Reassure - our partnership with Meta and Vercel.
