360JobReady helps freshers and professionals become truly job-ready — not just resume-ready. What’s new? We go beyond templates with ATS-optimized resumes, AI skill-based job matching, AI interview prep, portfolio/GitHub project builder, and a mentor marketplace. A complete job-readiness ecosystem built for India — affordable, practical, and outcome-focused.

I’ve been working in tech for more than a decade, and during those years I’ve interviewed a lot of freshers and junior engineers. Something began to bother me. Many of them were smart, capable, and genuinely trying their best. But they still struggled to get interviews, let alone offers.
When I dug deeper, I found the same set of problems repeating over and over:
Their resumes were poorly structured, full of buzzwords, or missing important measurable achievements.
Many resumes looked good visually but failed ATS filters instantly.
Students had decent skills, but no idea how to present them in a way recruiters understand.
They didn’t know which jobs actually matched their skills, so they applied randomly and got discouraged.
Interview preparation was all over the place, with no personalized guidance.
They lacked mentorship or a place to get practical, real-world advice.
I realized that the issue wasn’t talent. The issue was presentation, guidance, and job-readiness.
That’s what pushed me to build a platform that focuses on outcomes instead of just creating a nice-looking resume.
So I created 360JobReady.
The goal wasn’t to make another resume builder. The goal was to help candidates become genuinely employable end to end. The platform now includes:
ATS-optimized resume enhancement
Skill-based job matching with match scores
AI-generated interview questions and suggested answers
Portfolio and GitHub project writeups for proof of work
A growing mentor ecosystem for real guidance from people working in the industry
It’s affordable because I built it specifically keeping the Indian job market in mind. The idea is simple: if someone is willing to put in the effort to learn, they deserve a fair chance to present themselves properly and get noticed.
This is still evolving and there’s a lot more I want to add, but early feedback from freshers and working professionals has been encouraging.
If you’re someone trying to break into the job market or preparing for your next role, I’d love to hear your challenges, frustrations, and what you wish tools like this actually helped you with. I’m genuinely trying to build something useful, and honest feedback is more valuable to me than anything else.
